Will - Owner & CEO
A proud US Navy Veteran, Will served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Career Management Associates in Ankeny, where he spent over 19 years overseeing Federal Contractors throughout the many departments of the Federal and State Governments in 48 States and Puerto Rico. His journey in the service industry began at the age of 14 as a dishwasher at Ponderosa Steak House in Michigan. Since then, he has worked full-time and part-time in nearly every role within restaurants and bars for over 30 years, with a particular talent for bartending. Known for his exceptional service and custom cocktail creations, especially his signature Moscow Mules, Will eventually transitioned into management and ownership. Outside of his professional life, you will find him spending time with his wife Melissa, to whom he has been married for over 20 years, their four dogs (Ewok, Kono, Freya, and Piper), fishing or at the gym.
Josh - Owner
I've always admired the energy and sense of community that Cabaret fosters. What started as an appreciation for its unique atmosphere eventually led me to become one of the owners! Now, I'm committed to preserving that spirit while offering a place where everyone can feel at home, share good drinks, and make great memories!
Bill - Owner
A Service Disabled Veteran and Retired Army Officer, Bill is a graduate of Babson College in Boston, where he received his MBA. Bill has held Senior Executive positions with multiple Fortune 500 companies after leaving the military and before founding Career Management Associates with his son Will in 2003. CMA is a National Human Resources Company which under his tutelage provided HR and Federal/State Contractors in 48 US States and Puerto Rico. He sold the company in 2022 and retired. Behind the scenes Bill is an integral part of the Executive Management team and provides strategic business experience.

For years, I've enjoyed the unique atmosphere of Cabaret as a guest. I loved the energy, the people, and the incredible staff. So, when the opportunity to become a part of the ownership and executive team, I was beyond excited! Now, I'm dedicated to ensuring we continue to offer that same unforgettable experience for every guest - both new and returning - that walks through our doors!
Kody - General Manager

Since joining Cabaret Sports Bar & Grille in July 2021, Kody has brought 17 years of industry experience to our team. Always striving for excellence, Kody is committed to enhancing the efficiency and experience at Cabaret for our guests. When not at work, Kody enjoys playing darts, bowling, and spending quality time with friends and his beloved dog, Zeke!
Erika - Manager
**Meet Erika**
Erika has been with Cabaret since November 2021! Erika has been in the industry for over 11 years! When she is not working, she is most likely co-hosting on the Dranks and Thangs podcast, hanging out with friends or cuddling with her dog Ellie! Erika has a love for sports so she is a perfect fit for our sports bar! Next time you see her ask her about her favorite sports teams and make sure to try her own signature shot - The Rik's Mix!

A dedicated team member at Cabaret Sports Bar & Grille since September 2024, Garritt is a passionate sports enthusiast who proudly cheers, "GO PACK GO!" Whether it's football or soccer, he loves catching the games. Outside of work, Garritt enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and his lovely fiancée, Courtney.

Kelsee

**Meet Kelsee: Full-Time Baseball Mom!**
Since joining Cabaret Sports Bar & Grille in November 2024, Kelsee has brought her passion for sports and enthusiasm for her job to our team. With 16 years in the bar and restaurant industry, this San Diego native knows how to mix the perfect cocktail of experience, creativity, and charm. An event planner by trade and a baseball and Girl Scout mom by heart, she balances the chaos of the industry with the hustle of parent life. Covered in stories inked in tattoos, she’s a cool and interesting human you’ll definitely want to know!

Her passion and dedication shine through in everything she does, making her a valued member of our Cabaret family.
